Caught hubbies cold 😢

Soooo I know I can't take cold & flu's or neurofen....just panadol if necessary. Anyone have any home remedies that been checked to be okay for pregnancy. So far I've just had lemon and organic honey hot waters...not going away anytime soon. Trying not to overheat due to the risk of neural tube defects - 4w 4d - sooooo annoying !!!
