Am i pregnant???

So about a week ago my bf and i had unprotected sex and he claims he didnt come in me, but now all of a sudded im getting symptoms of pregnancy. (morning sickness, nausea, the need to go to the bathroom more frequently etc.) I got my period but it was lighter than usual and started a day or two earlier than usual. Idk if its just me my boyfriends telling me im paranoid but i know whats going on with my body. What do you guys think???
