Taking charge

So I have a Fwb which currently is the only type of relationship I can handle right now since I'm so busy with work but with him, he likes to sext of course and do all that freaky talk but when it comes down to it he takes no initiation at all. He is just really awkward about it and he will ask questions during which just kills my mood and focus. And I know he isn't a virgin or anything cause I know two of his exes. Idk what his deal is but it's always becomes me making the first second and third move lol. Since we aren't in any type of relationship I don't know how to tell him this just ain't working for me
