We are having more of a celebration of our baby boy (co-ed fish fry/grilling and hanging out with family and friends) on July 3. I originally was only requesting diapers, but have been pressured into doing a registry. With the type of celebration we are doing, I don't feel comfortable sitting down and opening gifts in front of everyone. Would it be wrong of me to accept gifts and only open them if the person requests? I don't want to offend anyone or come off as ungrateful, but I feel like stopping to watch me open one gift at a time would be inconvenient. Thoughts and opinions please! 😊
