Help PMS problems
Ever sense being on the skyla for a year and a half I have gained 50lbs and my cramps are back worse than ever and my PMS mood swings are terrible for both me and my boyfriend. I don't know what to do now. I'm not ready for a baby quite yet so don't want to remove my birth control but didn't know how others deal with this
