Could labor be soon?
I'm a FTM 37+4 weeks, I had my 37 week check up yesterday and she checked me and I'm dilated 1 and 50% effaced. Could labor be soon or do I have to be fully effaced and dilated to 4 before I fully go into labor? I've heard so many different things
