11 weeks tomorrow. Tmi picture

I lost 4 babies last year trying all at 6-7 weeks but baby always started out with low levels and we knew right away that the baby wouldn't make it. We never saw a heartbeat. I'm now currently 11 weeks tomorrow with our rainbow baby. Last ultrasound was done at 8 weeks 4 days with a very active baby and super strong heartbeat 179 bpm. I just used the restroom and saw this and now I'm in my room about to have a panic attack and balling my eyes out. Is this normal??
