Late and negative..?

I am 4 days late which never happens. I'm like clockwork. So I took a test the first day I was late and it was negative. I took a test again today and it was negative. Not super sure what to do here... Do I make a doctors appointment for a blood test?

Sometimes stress can make you miss a period. I would not get a blood test to check for pregnancy as the home test are all neg but you might want to see your dr to check if something else is going on. Do you use OPK kits? Do you Chart BBT?  The reason I ask is because I wonder if you know for sure you I'd this month.

​I use to be 28 days like clockwork then one year I started missing a period every year altogether. I started OPK the this year the month I happened to miss my period and found I also did not O that month but have O'd every other month. So my Dr is doing some test....which I refuse to be stressed about until I know I have reasons to be stressed. Keep us posted and GL
