Brown discharge

Hi... I experienced a scare this evening. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I was shocked to find quite a bit of brown discharge I got scared so I wiped again and this time I could barely see it and it was pinkish then wiped again.. nothing. I have to pee every few minutes and it's still nothing.. I am not experiencing severe cramping just little twinges where I'm supposed to have ligament pains and my uterus is stretching as I am 10 weeks and 5 days. Also I had intercourse 2 days ago and had a spot of blood then was fine til this happened.. should I be worried? I'm so scared I'm miscarrying or going to. Please help!
