Gaining too much weight despite eating well and staying active?
I'm 27 weeks 1 day, doctor keeps preaching that I've gained/am gaining too much weight... but I've only put on 19 lbs. I don't feel like that is a lot at all and despite diet adjustments and increased activity, I continue to gain. I really don't know what to do to slow it down... I was 125 at 5'5" before pregnancy (which to be fair was about 7 lbs heavier than I typically weigh...I blame vacation. ) Anyone else gaining too much regardless of effort?
