Symptoms gone

Hi guys I'm 8 weeks pregnant and all my symptoms have disappeared. First of all everything disappeared apart from sore boobs now that's gone too and I don't feel pregnant at all is there anything to be worried about should I ring the doctor it's my first and me and my fiance have been trying for 3 years and I got told I was infertile so this is a miracle baby thanks
