What would you guys do?

I have a cousin who used to be my best friend. Over the past 5 years we've drifted apart. I've tried talking to her and seeing if we can get our friendship back but she has no interest.  Would you keep trying? We have kids the same age. I'm expecting a little girl in August and not sure if I even want her around since I wasn't even invited to her little girls first birthday. She's the only family I have in the area, the rest of my family is 8 hours away. I'm not sure at what point a friendship is just done with no hope .
