Any day now!
Saw my doctor today as I'm 40+2. Did a normal check and she said I'm a "tight two" centimeters (versus my "loose 1" from last week haha) but that we're fully effaced and the baby is at -2 station and very engaged! 😱
Did a membrane sweep again and immediately got a bunch of blood (bloody show I'm assuming) and we've already lost the mucus plug 4 days ago.
Says baby should be here this weekend!!! At the latest we have an induction date set for Tuesday!
So I've officially started maternity leave as of 5pm today
I know I've had 40 weeks to prepare mentally and have been saying I want this baby out every day... But now that there's a solid 100% end in sight in freaking out!! 😳
I hope I can do this 😓
