My grandma just sent me this 3 in 1 car seat which I love & is going to definitely come in handy everyone keeps saying I can use it when my baby girl is here but idk about that I mean I want a regular baby car seat but just want to know if that true ?

Yes you can use it. It will be fine as long as newborn is more than 5lbs.

Yes, you can. The carry seats are more convenient for the first few months for sure. But if you follow the directions it is perfectly safe. I would have a tech install the seat so it's installed properly.  I am a car seat tech and a lot of local fire departments and police department have techs. You can check the safe child website to search for techs local in your area and make and appointment. The car seat install is super important for the safety of that baby!

If you want to use a carrier as well you can use a carrier. I found having a carrier was really convenient for about 4 months. But yes, you can use it.

its a 3 in 1 which means its a rear facing carseat which you can use as soon as your baby is born. alot of people get 2 car seats because they buy travel systems which have just an infant car seat, its just easier if baby is sleeping, you dont need to wake them up to take them out of the car seat for the travel system. Im doing a travel system and doing the graco 4 ever cat seat

Yes you can use it from birth, depending on weight of baby and what the standard says on car seat. Most are 5lb and up so you will have to check. This is considered a convertible carseat and are awesome. The only thing is you don't have the convienced of removing the seat with baby in, but I personally always hated carrying the infant bucket seat so it just stayed in the car and I took baby out of the seat anyway. Babies are not supposed to sleep in an infant seat that isn't snapped into base anyway due to suffocation risks.
