Fitness Motivation
Does anyone know of any good groups on Facebook, baby boards, etc or good blogs to help with motivation to work out while pregnant? I was working out with weights 2 days a week and cardio 3 days but I haven't had the energy or motivation to do anything but short walks for over 3 weeks now! I work full time and also have a 20 month old so I don't have much free time to fit it in but I know I need to - it makes me feel so much better! I don't want anything crazy, just some motivation and accountability to do maybe a few nights a week of walking, yoga and light weights!
