The needle itself didn't hurt but when they pulled the jewelry through it hurt I cussed like a sailor and said guck about 20 times in one sentence but it's my favorite and very much worth it the pain is only a few seconds but the pleasure well it lasts a lot longer

Yup! It hurt like hell but it was worth it! I like it. It made me really sensitive when I first got it, not that much anymore though. But I really like it!
