Sex pain

Okay so me and my boyfriend have been together for about a year and a half now. I used to not have any trouble but for the past few months it feels like he is literally ripping my down there. Idk how to fix it. And if he gets it in, then after a few thrusts it feels like it's swelling from the inside. Am I the only one with this problem and what do I do??
