5 days late & going poo a lot..

I'm 5 days late, I've being going poo a lot for the past couple days; I've had really sore breast, going pee a lot too (& almost peeing on myself even without holding it for a long period of time) & I've been really tired but all the hpt have came back negative although with my first it took 2 weeks before I got my bfp. Any advice could I be pregnant?
