I'm watching gypsy brides US and there is a 15 year old Hungarian gypsy girl having a sweet 16. She's dating a non gypsy boy and her mother is not happy. She said that her daughter needed to marry within her own culture and keep her bloodline pure and not dilute their traditions and culture. I was just wondering what people's thoughts on this were? On the one hand I can see the point about keeping traditions alive however I feel that can still be done regress of who you marry and their own culture.
