Cramps, no bleeding...yet. Normal?

I'm 7 weeks and I had really painful cramps today (right in the middle of a meeting/presentation, of course) all through my lower abdomen/pelvic area and lower back. Sort of like the pain/discomfort when I would ovulate—dull, aching pain. It passed after like 30 minutes but this strange "pressure" feeling in my pelvic region and lower back ache stayed.

It's kind of scaring the hell out of me.

Anyone have something similar? Any chance this is just my body adjusting? I'm scared for the worst...

I get cramp it just your uterus getting alittle but bigger and I don't have bleeding yet

Did you drink enough water? I notice cramping if I get dehydrated and drinking water always helps

I would ask your doctor, but it was comforting for me to learn that since your uterus is a muscle, the only thing it can do is contract/cramp when anything changes. Growing, implanting, etc

I have had the same cramps with my pregnancies. I think it's normal. Your body is changing and ligaments are stretching etc. it is scary and painful and annoying but if there is no bleeding or any other weird symptoms I wouldn't worry!

Lauren, were they like extremely painful period cramps like I want to curl in a ball kind of pain? Or more like ugh these are kind of annoying?
