Should I tell my coach or no?

Question

So I am 4week 1 day. About to play sport. My coach holds all our medical info in the super unlikely case that we get an injury.

I don't want to be telling people yet. I don't want to jinx it.

But I am considering telling my coach just incase I do get an injury and can't tell the first aiders.

I don't know though. Also very close friends with my coach and she is totally in my friendship circle so I don't want to make her have to keep my secret if I don't have to!

Definitely think you should tell her.  There is no such thing as a "jinx".

I would tell the coach just in case you get hurt ya know? I don't really believe in jinxing and stuff in my personal opinion, though. I believe whatever happens happens. Also, if you tell coach, just also add that you don't want people to know yet. I doubt that subject would even come up within a conversation between the coach and anyone else though to be honest.
