Common after ovulation?

So I am 4-5 dpo (and hoping that we got it!!) and all of a sudden I'm having either allergies flare up or a cold coming on. Did this happen to anyone  when they became pregnant if you even noticed?

I didn't have this happen but I have read it can be a symptom of pregnancy, good luck
