How to do it?! And not look back?

I need to break up with my boyfriend... Ive been with him for over a year. I love him so much and it's going to hurt me but I need to do it. I need advice. How should I break up with him. What should I say? What's the best way to get through it? I don't have any best friends so I feel like this is going to be a lot harder for me. 😞
