Help with spelling for baby girl's name

So we are 99% sure we will be naming our daughter this name but are now trying to figure out the best spelling. We would like to minimize mispronunciation as much as possible. The pronunciation should be Ray-uh. Which of the above options works best?

Also, I may create a separate poll for this but we are debating between two middle names - Salma (my grandmother's name) or Mae. Last name is two syllables starting with an S. Please comment on which you think would flow better. Thank you!!
