I need some advice

So a little back story real quick, I was on birth control pills from when I was 9 till I was 15. Then I got the Nexiplanon implant, got that removed when I was almost 17 because I bled the whole year I had it. Then I started the depo shot and was on that till march and bled here and there. But I haven't had a period sense Febuary, I was suppose to have one by March 26th but it never came. Now my boyfriend and I don't use protection and I've been off birth control sense the beginning of April. Then a few days ago (June 9nth) I bled a little bit, like it was light pink and I only noticed it when I wiped. But I had a pregnancy test done three weeks ago and it was negative. I keep having dreams about me carrying a baby boy and in my dreams I feel drunk and I don't know what to think of it. So if anyone has any suggestions or advice it would be helpful. Thank you.
