Period not due till June 18

Hey ladies. This is my first month ttc. I was diagnosed last month with an underactive thyroid so we decided to start trying due to it possibly being more difficult to conceive.  Anyway I ovulated on June 4. Since probably Tuesday which was June 7 I've felt twinges in my lower stomach. I also have felt a bit dizzy and I have cold / flu like symptoms. I'm trying not to read much into the this but could I possibly be pregnant? I can't test until next friday
