I just had my eggs retrieved this morning and I am a wreck post retrieval. I didn't expect it to be this intense and I feel so helpless.The  nurse told me that it'll get worse in the next two or three days and it'll get better after. Even breathing is painful and requires an effort when I'm lying down. Any advise on what to do/take or what to avoid during this recovery period?
