4 weeks ultrasound! See it?

Question

Posting again. Doctor did this ultrasound today in er. He did it abdominally and said it was too early to tell but the uterus looks like what he would expect a 4 to 5 week pregnant uterus to look like. I took a pic when he left the room cause he didn't show me. You see the sac? Is it that tiny black circle??

You can't really see anything on an ultrasound that early...especially an abdominal one.

Yes. This happens to me. Exactly the same. Unfortunately lost a week later. Best wishes to you. They don't like to tell you your pregnant from an ultra sound but my doctor pulled scan and notes out and said I was pregnant. Where as the so no graphed said "could you be pregnant now. Looks like it's happend)  was having a scan to check ovaries etc x
