Late period

So I have PCOS and I hardly ever get a period so my doctor gave me pills to start a period two months ago and I did start a period last month on the 1st of May it lasted till the 5 then on the fifth I started clomid for 5 days 100mg and I was suppose to start my period June 1 and i didn't so I waited that week and nothing so my doctor thought I was pergo so I took a blood test on the 8 th and came back negetive but my nipples got sencitive today can I be Prego and I did the blood work to early or is the blood work correct cause I  did home test three days before the blood work and negative also
