Help plz lady's

Ok so every period for the last 4 months has been late or didn't show but today I got them a week early and am losing blood clots the size of 50 cent coins and it's not just one its 3-4 clots every time I pee and lots of pain and feeling very weak is this normal I'm a single mum with 2 kids 3 n 18 months I have never had this befor and I'm definitely not pregnant
