Tmi..vaginal mucus?

I am 20 weeks today and so far ive only had a little bit of white and creamy vaginal/cervical mucus. Today i went to pee and wiped a lot of it this time. I have been on amoxicillin for a tooth infection for about 2-3 days (not sure if that has anything to do with it). Is this a bad sign or is this normal to have some days where i have a lot more creamy/white mucus than normal?
