Finally BFP!!!!!!!

So recently I have been posting my faint line tests. Started taking them four days ago. 3 days ago I took a digi and it said not pregnant. But still continued to get faint lines. Went to doctor 2 days ago they tested my urine and it was "inconclusive" meaning they got a faint line. Tested my HCG and it was at a 13. Said I was either miscarrying or very early. Now that I finally got the BFP on my digital test that must mean my levels are rising right?!?!?
