Makeup and sleep

I don't fall asleep with make up on a lot, I just have a couple times lately. I only wear waterproof eyeliner and normal mascara. Does anyone know why I wake up in my eyes feel so dry?

Do you sleep with contacts in? Is there not enough air flow in your bedroom? Could be allergies too. I really don't know.

No I don't have contacts and I have my fan blowing at night but i do have really bad allergies with my eyes- thank you!

Allergies dehydration air conditioning and mascara can all be contributing
