Braxton hicks leaving me dizzy and breathless??

I've had some pretty intense braxton hicks for the past few week and find they leave me feeling dizzy and breathless, should I be worried or is this just another side effect of growing a human?😕 
I'm 33 weeks

Normal. Mine had started mid last week. I had one so strong and made my stomach so hard and tight, that i almost fell out of my chair while sitting!

Normal, I sometimes have to stop whatever I'm doing until it passes, I especially get them if I'm busy and walking around a lot.
