Labor soon?

The past two days I have had pain while laying in bed where it feels like someone is pinching where I pee out of (tmi sorry) and like she could just push herself out

Last I heard I was 1 cm and softening. Tonight I have started feeling back pain. It feels as if I had a muscle spasm and I'm sore after.. Is this normal? Can labor possibly be near?

Also I am 38 + 3
