Spotting After Sex??

Okay so I finally got some action after a long time without it, so happy. Last night I had some amazing sex but now, a complete day later, I'm noticing some blood in my underwear. Nothing much, just spotting a little. I know that I definitely was not wet enough and it did hurt a bit when we did, so that might be it. Should I be worried??
