I hate to get sent home again

I was at L&d a couple days ago and send home. 1 cm 50% constantly contractions. My doc is on vaca so I have to call L&D in the event of a change. Tonight I'm having constant ache I'm lower back contractions like a 5 on the pain scale, hot flashes, loose bowel, tons of discharge.

I don't want to go to be sent home. Should i just wait it out?
