Nipple discharge

So for the past almost 3 weeks I have had nipple discharge which I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow my question or discussion is how freaked out should I be??? As I am not pregnant and just got off my birth control last Saturday... So June the 4th was my last pill...today I was messing with that side to see if I still discharge and it completely squirted across my bathroom vanity... This is not normal...😁 and I am freaking out.
