There is NO progression with ovulation tests like there is with pregnancy tests. You can have a non existent test line to a flaming positive, back to non existent, then back to darker. You shouldn't test after a positive. All you need to look for is a positive. Your body ALWAYS has the LH hormone. That's why you shouldn't take an ovulation test in the morning. You urine is concentrated and can give a false positive. Just because it's a little dark today doesn't mean you're going to ovulate tomorrow. It could not be there at all tomorrow. It could be positive in a couple days. It could have been positive yesterday. There is no progression.
