Pregnant or not advice please

I had a mmc back in March when I was 10 weeks pregnant. I'm sure a lot of you know how devastating this was. Well on Saturday I got my first bfp and was over the moon. On Sunday I took another two tests and both came back with bfp's. 
But today I did another test and it came back negative. 
Please can someone help me- pleas any advice would be so appreciated. In desperate here.
