What does this mean?

My fertile window just ended and my bbt hasn't risen. I'm not at the point of taking ovulation tests yet...just curious...does your bbt always rise when ovulating? It's possible glow is wrong and I still haven't ovulated. Does your bbt rise when pregnant as well?

Answer

Yes in most women you BBT will rise after ovulation due to the progesterone in ur body. There are only a very tiny amount of women who do not have a high temp reaction to progesterone. So it is very rare although technically possibly you could have ovulated. However most likely you havnt yet so that's how I would treat it. If your pregnant you temp will stay high after ovulation n will not go down until you give birth.

My temp does spike, sometimes not a lot, but it is always outside glows prediction as I'm finding I have a short luteal phase... Good luck!
