Possible swollen girl parts?!

I had an ultrasound today at 16+5 because of an infection. Everything is great with baby! The tech peeked between the legs and said boy! I also had one done at 15+2 and she said boy as well. I know that 15 weeks is still too early to know for sure, but it looked like a penis! Today it doesn't look the same and to me could be considered swollen girl parts. I don't care either way and I know that I'll find out more at my 20 week scan! I'm just posting to see what you think! First picture is 15+2 second is 16+5 3rd is baby's sweet profile! 😊❤️
