Proper Eating During Pregnancy

I wish this app offered healthy meal plan ideas specifically designed for the pregnant mother to be. Maybe even add a feature on the daily log that tracks what mother to be is eating. I think I'm eating right, but am concerned about too much of a weight gain in the process. The weight gain is less of an image thing for me right now. I'm more worried about the health problems that may develop as a result.  Anyone else with me on this? Let's see more food tips and a log with food ?s. Example: did you eat 5-7 fruits and vegetables today? I wouldn't even mind a dictated menu. Maybe three choices for a breakfast,   threef or a lunch, three for a dinner. Just as a suggestion.

I kept a journal of everything I ate while pregnant but I also had Gestational diabetes but I ended up only gaining 11 lbs during my pregnancy

30 carbs for breakfast then 2 hours later 30 carbs for a snack 45 carbs for lunch then 2 hours later a 15 carb snack 45 carbs for supper and 2 hours later a 15 carb snack i usually had strawberries and almonds or yoplait light yogurt for a snack you can have dreams field lowcarb pasta

Why don't you go to YouTube and look up healthy food ideas for pregnancy? just an idea. not everyone on this app is TTC or pregnant
