Spitting up a lot

My daughter is 11 weeks on Wednesday and these past couple of days she's been coughing while drinking her bottle.. And like after a hour or more she spits it up not every time but a couple times a day now I haven't changed her bottle it's the same one any thoughts? I don't wanna take her to the doctor because I've been there almost every other week And she has been crying in her sleep not full on cry but does it for like 5 seconds n goes back to sleep
