Cycle starts 4 days after ovulation

Donielle • Tue, Nov 25 • Been married 2 years on January 19th to my bestfriend, been friends 12 years, together 7 years.

Is it normal to have a cycle to start 4 days after you ovulated? I had cramps, backache, sore breast all week leading up to AF..is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
