We have a Levana video monitor and it works really well. We also have a 2 story house and haven't had a problem with it cutting in and out. The image is clear and has night vision.
Video monitor suggestions
I am so exhausted of researching video monitors and not finding a clear answer of a reliable and quality monitor. I know we don't want wifi to keep it secure and not worry about hackers. We don't need multiple monitors (first baby and unsure more babies are physically possible for us). I just want the clearest picture with the best range that doesn't cut in and out. We have a 2 story home and if the monitor will cut in and out often, then what's the point of having it. I research and read reviews and it seems like every monitor has so many negative reviews stating bad range, static noises, terrible images etc. Any suggestions of video monitors that you have used and love or even ones to avoid?

We have a summer baby monitor with duel screens and it's great. We've been using it for 2 years going on 3 and it still works like new. I didn't have any problems with the range cutting out on a second story house and it still worked fine even going out in the backyard with it. Ours is wifi free but they do offer ones with wifi as well so if that's a concern just watch which one you purchase.Summer is also really good about replacing any parts that don't work right without giving you much trouble.
