Miscarriage at 6 weeks

Yesterday at 5 pm I started spotting. Throughout the night the bleeding got heavier and I had clots. I had an appt for my first ultrasound next week. I am going to call the doctor today to inform them of my status. This was my husband and I 1st time being pregnant. We hadn't told a soul waiting until after the 1st trimester. Feeling disappointed but I haven't shed a tear. I think I am handling it well and will just move forward and start trying again in a couple of months. I am a big believer that everything happens for a reason so I will be obedient and trust in the Lord.
