Does he like me?

There's this one guy at school and I keep on getting mixed feelings from him, I mean I say that I don't like him but I think I do just a tiny bit. He's literally almost everywhere I go, he's always asking to be my partner or to sit next to me and not to mention he's always trying to make me laugh! (He succeeded) and other gestures that make a girl melt ... I want to ask him if he likes me but then again I don't want to embarrass him. What should I do?
