Having problems with your SO ex? I'm trying so hard not to step out of character because of this pregnancy but it's so hard when this girl is always bring up me & my family. I'm really over it. 
Is anyone else having these problems? If so how do you deal with it?

Just ignore her. She'll get bored and realize how stupid she looks. I went through something like this before. Once they start looking dumb they usually leave it be. Not sure how old she is but just ignore her.

I have had issues in the past where their exes popped up (I have a history of being cheated on by my so with their ex) so I always get "upset" (lack of words) about it but I usually keep it to myself unless there is a definite problem which is very alarming. Other than that I suggest communicating your concern with your s/o because communication is what makes a healthy relationship ❤️ best of wishes.

I'm in the same boat as you hun. It's hard especially being pregnant and having all these extra hormones making our moods worse.
