Pergesterone and no period

Okay so just need opinions so I've taken pergesterone and have not had a period this is the first time this has happened I did have very very light bleeding only enough to where a liner for one day if that idk if it's just me but maybe I may be pregnant just need opinions last I knew I had small follicles that were 13 & 14 mm but I didnt take the pergesterone till 3 days after... So idk just confused and wasn't able to get ahold of my fertility clinic :/
